Description:

Pedalforgood is a #trailtherapy program that engages with youth through the power of mountain bikes to provide community-based mental health support. Mental health is a significant problem globally, but the communities in South Africa we work with have minimal tools and support to deal with their trauma - and this is where we PedalForGood. The combination of this technical sport, the power of mindfulness and supporting mentors, we provide youth with the resources to tackle their mountains with confidence.
